Serves - 12 To 14
Ingredients:
2 Cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1-1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated parmesan cheese, divided
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 ttsp salt
1 package (16 oz.) wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 package (16oz) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend, thawed
2 c. frozen corn, thawed
Preparation:
Pre-cook chicken breast & cut into cubes.
Combine
soups, milk, 3/4 c. parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt;
mix well.
Add noodles, chicken and vegetables; mix well.
Pour into a greased
13x9x2 inch pan.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Cover and bake 350
degrees for 45-50 min. or until heated through.
